Join the Women's Christian Reading Challenge!

    Let this year be the year that you take the challenge... to read, discuss, and grow from Christian literature; to complete one book each month from a different genre (see below); to meet one evening a month to report on your book and to hear about other women's reading, for accountability and encouragement. We will meet in the church library, at 7:00 pm on the second Tuesday of each month, September through May, with mugs of coffee and lots of good books. Take the challenge—come join us!

    Genre of Each Month

    The participants in the Women's Christian Reading Challenge will be selecting one book in each of the following genres:

    • September 13: Selecting Christian Living and reporting on it in October
    • October 11: Selecting Doctrinal Theology and reporting on it in November
    • November 8: Selecting Church History Around the World and reporting on it in December
    • December 13: Selecting Devotional Reading and reporting on it in January
    • January 10: Selecting Bible Interpretation & Commentary and reporting on it in February
    • February 14: Selecting Contemporary Christian Biography and reporting on it in March
    • March 8: Selecting Witness, Apologetics & Evidences and reporting on it in April
    • April 10: Selecting Christian Ethics and reporting on it on May 8
